How many drops of the blends do you use in a capsule?

A capsule can usually be filled by adding the blend to the larger half until it is full, which is roughly 15–17 drops of the chosen blend. After closing the capsule, it is generally taken after a light meal or snack. Because essential oils are highly concentrated, internal use should only be done when the product is intended for that purpose and used as directed.
