Due to the nature of our products and in alignment with best practices for product integrity, safety, and customer fairness, we apply the following refund and return policy:<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"545\" data-end=\"548\" \/>\n<h4 data-start=\"550\" data-end=\"605\"><strong data-start=\"555\" data-end=\"605\">1. No Returns for Incorrect or Unwanted Orders<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"606\" data-end=\"788\">We <strong data-start=\"609\" data-end=\"634\">do not accept returns<\/strong> for products ordered in error by the customer or in cases where the customer has changed their mind after purchase. For the protection of all our clients, once a product has left our facility, we cannot reintroduce it into our inventory or resell it.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1264\" data-end=\"1267\" \/>\n<h4 data-start=\"1269\" data-end=\"1299\"><strong data-start=\"1274\" data-end=\"1299\">2. Errors on Our Side<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"1300\" data-end=\"1448\">If <strong data-start=\"1303\" data-end=\"1352\">Hadassah Healing Oils sends an incorrect item<\/strong>, we take full responsibility. Please notify us within <strong data-start=\"1407\" data-end=\"1426\">7 calendar days<\/strong> of delivery. We will:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1450\" data-end=\"1768\">\n<li data-start=\"1450\" data-end=\"1523\">\n<p data-start=\"1452\" data-end=\"1523\">Arrange for the correct product to be sent to you at no additional cost<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1524\" data-end=\"1625\">\n<p data-start=\"1526\" data-end=\"1625\">If needed, request the incorrect product to be returned (we will cover the cost of return shipping)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1626\" data-end=\"1768\">\n<p data-start=\"1628\" data-end=\"1768\">Only issue replacements once confirmation is received, and the returned item (if applicable) is received in original condition and packaging<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"1770\" data-end=\"1773\" \/>\n<h4 data-start=\"1775\" data-end=\"1810\"><strong data-start=\"1780\" data-end=\"1810\">3. Delivery Issues<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"2584\" data-end=\"2947\">We are not liable for issues resulting from incorrect shipping details provided by the customer. Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate before completing your purchase. If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect details or failure to collect from a collection point, the cost of re-shipping will be the customer\u2019s responsibility.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"2949\" data-end=\"2952\" \/>\n<h4 data-start=\"2954\" data-end=\"2979\"><strong data-start=\"2959\" data-end=\"2979\">6. Cancellations<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"2980\" data-end=\"3237\">Orders <strong data-start=\"2987\" data-end=\"3010\">cannot be cancelled<\/strong> once they have been processed or dispatched.
